While QuickBooks Payroll primarily focuses on assisting small business owners, we recognized the opportunity to further support employees in getting the most out of their pay. I led an effort to understand the specific challenges faced by employees of small businesses, identify the problems we were uniquely positioned to solve, and scale a team to deliver effective solutions.
